The sound

The P-90s deliver a meaty midrange with a slightly gritty grain. In bridge position, the attack is sharp, perfect for riffs; in neck position, the tone is full and woody; in the middle position, you get an articulated twang. The hand-wired circuitry with Orange Drop capacitors ensures a smooth and musical tone sweep. The mahogany body/neck combination, glued joint, and compensated wraparound bridge provide sustain and immediate response, while the rosewood fingerboard subtly rounds off the highs. The thinner nitro finish lets the guitar "breathe" and enhances projection.
