In the lineage of Gretsch models focused on power and versatility, the Electromatic Jet emphasizes "no compromise" playability and an iconic look. Its Jet body shape, nickel hardware, and aged white binding reinforce the Gretsch identity, while the electronics (splits + Treble-Bleed) clearly place it in a modern approach, effective both in the studio and on stage.

For whom, and in which styles?

This electric guitar is aimed at both intermediate and experienced guitarists who want an inspiring solid-body capable of covering rock, blues, indie, pop, and more saturated genres. The short scale facilitates chords, fast runs, and bends, while maintaining excellent definition in clean tones.

The sound

The combination of chambered mahogany (warmth, dense mids, sustain) and solid maple top (attack, precision, brightness) delivers a balanced Jet with body but also bite. The two PureVolt Twin Six Humbuckers provide a full and powerful HH sound, ideal for thick crunches and saturations that hold the mix. Thanks to the push-pull on each tone control, you can split the coils for airier and sharper textures. The Treble-Bleed on the master volume preserves brightness and clarity when cleaning up distortion with the knob.

Recommended compatible accessories

To stay as close as possible to the original setup, favor a set of .010-.046 electric strings (nickel-plated steel). For neck relief adjustments, a 4 mm hex wrench is suitable for the indicated truss rod adjustment.
