Summary of Le Petit Guitarama Tablatures

Le Petit Guitarama Tablatures is the tablature version of Le Petit Guitarama, designed to immediately provide playing pleasure to beginner guitarists. The book offers a wide "all styles" repertoire: it includes pages from the classical repertoire (Vivaldi, Bach, Mozart) as well as essential pop hits, film music, Francophone standards, and traditional melodies from Ireland, Italy, and the Orient. The selection and order of pieces follow a logical progression to develop good habits (positioning, right/left hand coordination, rhythmic regularity) while maintaining a playful and encouraging approach.

The strength of this collection lies in its enhanced tablatures : a reading system that not only indicates where to place the fingers but also guides interpretation through signs and rhythmic values. The result: the reading is more accessible than traditional notation for beginners, while remaining precise enough to properly work on timing, articulations, and musicality. Each piece is the result of careful arrangement work, adapted for guitar and calibrated to the student's level.

Beyond the many solo pieces, Le Petit Guitarama Tablatures includes duos, trios, and quartets, perfect for playing in lessons, workshops, or at home. The CD is a real bonus: it allows listening to the pieces, absorbing the style, and facilitating sight-reading. The production is also designed for comfort: non-reflective paper for better readability, practical spiral binding for use on a music stand, color layout, and richly illustrated collection.

  • Examples of titles: "Eine kleine Nachtmusik" (Mozart), "Spring" (Vivaldi), "Beat It" (Michael Jackson), "Comme toi" (J.-J. Goldman), "Je l'aime à mourir" (F. Cabrel), "The Pink Panther" (film theme), "Once Upon a Time in the Revolution" (E. Morricone).
