The Sound

The okoumé body contributes to a balanced output, with a rather lively response and good definition, useful for maintaining clear attacks. The purpleheart fingerboard provides a firm feel under the fingers and promotes precision in articulation. On the amplification side, the passive Dynamix PJ pickups offer a wide spectrum: the P-type neck pickup delivers warmth and "body," while the J-type bridge pickup adds bite and clarity.
