Its H-S-H configuration and coil tap make it comfortable in metal, hard rock, shred, and prog, while still credible in pop/rock or funk when brighter, more open sounds are desired.

Sound Characteristics

The ceramic humbuckers Infinity R prioritize a tight and well-defined output, with clear attacks and a response suited for high-gain saturation: palm mutes remain articulate and solos stand out easily in the mix. The single-coil Infinity RS in the middle adds bite and mids for more percussive rhythms and crunch tones. The push/pull volume activates the "Special Wiring" coil tap, useful for brightening the spectrum, achieving more "hollowed" intermediate positions, and expanding the palette without losing the instrument's modern identity. The poplar body provides overall balance, while the combination of maple neck and Jatoba fingerboard enhances clarity and definition, with sustain supported by the Double Locking tremolo.
