A compact master keyboard designed for modern production

This USB MIDI Controller 25 keys belongs to the family of compact master keyboards designed to control a DAW, virtual instrument, or hardware expander without cluttering the workspace. Its philosophy is clear: to offer the essentials of playing (velocity, sustain, pitch, and modulation) and performance functions (octave, transposition, arpeggiator) in a short format, while maintaining robust construction suited for travel and repeated sessions.

In this category, software integration makes the difference: the presence of a mapping tool (iMap) and the possibility to update the firmware via USB allow the controller to evolve and adapt more easily to your production habits, whereas many compact keyboards remain fixed in a single configuration.

Who is this MIDI controller most relevant for, and in what uses?

This master keyboard is aimed at beatmakers, film composers, home studio keyboardists, and content creators who want a simple, reliable, and quick-to-configure MIDI input. The octave up/down and transposition up/down buttons are particularly useful for playing bass lines, chords, or leads over a wider range while keeping a 25-key keyboard.

Thanks to its MIDI output, it can also fit into a hybrid setup: controlling a hardware synthesizer, drum machine, or sound module, while remaining connected via USB to the computer. In practice, it's an excellent choice as a main controller on the go, or as a second keyboard dedicated to melodies and expressive controls alongside a large studio keyboard.

Performance and control functions: from playing to arpeggiator, straightforward

Expressive playing with velocity settings

The 25 velocity-sensitive keys allow real nuance in electric piano, synth, string, or drum parts (via virtual pads mapped to the keyboard). Multiple velocity curves are available: a real plus to adapt the keyboard's response to your touch, style (light or heavy playing), and the dynamics expected by your virtual instruments.

Dedicated controls: pitch, modulation, sustain, octave, and transposition

The combined pitch/modulation joystick centralizes two essential controls to humanize a take: bends, vibrato, filter opening assigned to modulation, etc. The Sustain button facilitates recording more "keyboard-like" parts (holds, legato, pads), while the octave and transposition controls speed up workflow to switch registers without changing instrument or track.

Built-in arpeggiator: instant ideas and controlled tempo

To generate quick rhythmic patterns, the Arpeggiator button activates the arpeggiator function, and the Gate/Arp (type) combined joystick adjusts key parameters. The Tap button is designed to work the tempo by ear, which is very practical during the creative phase, in jams, or to lock a pattern without necessarily using the mouse in the DAW.
