The integration of the ARC software (room calibration and control), already at the core of the iLoud MTM MKII and iLoud Precision families, clearly positions this Pro version as a "serious" work tool: less coloration, more clarity on tonal balance, dynamics, and soundstage depth.

Result: you gain a reliable foundation for making mixing decisions, even when the room acoustics are challenging (small spaces, desk against a wall, reverberant rooms, etc.).

The iLoud Micro Monitor Pro is aimed at musicians, beatmakers, sound engineers, and content creators who want precise monitoring without relying on a perfectly treated control room. On a desk, in a bedroom, in a mobile studio, or on the move, these monitors facilitate evaluation of key mix elements: vocal placement, kick/bass balance, upper midrange aggressiveness, cymbal brightness, and reverb level.

ARC Calibration: a more neutral response, room by room

The major asset of this Pro version is ARC compatibility, designed to reduce the gap between what you hear and what is actually in your session. By correcting certain room-related effects (peaks, dips, imbalances), you get a more stable and reliable listening experience, which speeds up decision-making and improves translation on other systems (car, headphones, consumer speakers).

DSP processing and onboard equalization

The system is fully DSP controlled to ensure consistency between speakers and clean reproduction, with clear separation of frequency ranges. The built-in filter settings allow quick adaptation of the monitors' behavior to their placement: adjustment of the high spectrum (High Shelf), low spectrum (Low Shelf), correction of the "desktop" effect (Desktop), and bass extension/management (LF Extension). This flexibility is especially useful in home studios, where placement is rarely ideal.

Active 2-way design and Class D amplification

With a 2-way active architecture (3" woofer/midrange and 1" tweeter) and Class D amplification, the iLoud Micro Monitor Pro targets an excellent size-to-performance ratio. The Bass-Reflex enclosure helps maintain a solid low end while keeping a compact form factor, while bi-amplification (LF and HF) contributes to precision and control, especially on transients.
