Kali Audio WS-6.2

Essential Information About the WS-6.2 Studio Subwoofer

• Ultra-compact format, barely larger than an 8" monitor, ideal under a desk or in tight spaces.

• Two horizontally opposed 6.5" woofers: radiation surface equivalent to a 10" in a reduced enclosure, with "force-cancelling" anti-vibration design.

• Max SPL of 120 dB and frequency response from 31.5 to 180 Hz to enhance low-end extension in stereo and small multichannel systems.

• Comprehensive pro/consumer connectivity, XLR outputs with 80 Hz filtering and footswitch bypass for instant comparison with/without sub.

A Compact Sub Designed for Modern Studios

The WS-6.2 meets the needs of home studios and control rooms where every centimeter counts. Its reduced enclosure fits easily under a table or near a wall without compromising accuracy. The mechanical configuration with opposed woofers neutralizes reaction forces, drastically limiting cabinet vibrations: the subwoofer remains stable even at high levels.

Who Is It For and What Are Its Uses?

Ideal for producers, beatmakers, content creators, and engineers working in small rooms, the WS-6.2 provides the foundation needed to judge infra-bass and impact without overloading the space. In stereo, it complements 5-8" monitors. In compact multichannel setups, it delivers clean and controlled bass. Need more SPL headroom? Adding a second WS-6.2 remains space-efficient.
