A "workstation" designed for psychedelic and vintage sounds

The MONTEREY WORKSTATION follows the great tradition of pedals that aim to capture the energy of vintage sounds: thick fuzz-style saturation, modulation effects with an organic character, and the expressive touch of a wah. Rather than multiplying boxes, it offers an all-in-one approach focused on performance: you switch from one texture to another to build sounds inspired by the decades when the guitar began experimenting with bolder timbres.

In this philosophy, the goal is not just to stack effects, but to have a coherent palette: enough to go from a sharp, saturated riff to a more singing lead, then to pitch and rotary movements that immediately broaden the sonic image.

For which guitarist and styles?

This pedal is aimed at guitarists who want to quickly vary their register without sacrificing spontaneity. It suits both intermediate musicians looking for striking "plug and play" sounds and experienced guitarists seeking an efficient solution to cover multiple atmospheres with a single unit.

Regarding styles, the MONTEREY WORKSTATION feels at home in worlds where grain and movement matter: classic rock, psychedelic, garage, blues rock, funk (for the wah), as well as indie and ambient whenever you use vibrato/rotary to thicken chords and make an arpeggio "breathe." In the studio, it quickly finds a strong color to double a track or create a background texture. Live, it's perfect for a minimalist pedalboard, with expressive foot control to stay in the playing rather than in the settings.

Features and control: expressive foot control without unnecessary complexity

The MONTEREY WORKSTATION combines several complementary effects: fuzz for harmonically rich saturation, wah for dynamics and articulation, vibrato for pitch undulation, rotary for the rotating speaker impression, and octave to thicken a lead or add a more aggressive, synthetic edge to a line.

Its strong point is the expression pedal input that allows controlling the wah or modulation (depending on the chosen use). In practice, this transforms the pedal into a true performance tool: you can "talk" with the guitar during a solo, control the intensity of a movement, or finely dose expressiveness without letting go of your instrument. This is especially effective if you play standing up, sing at the same time, or want a smooth set with few pedals.

The metal enclosure and compact format facilitate easy integration: the pedal naturally fits on a pedalboard, and its "workstation" approach reduces cabling and potential noise sources related to stacking effects.

The sound

The MONTEREY WORKSTATION stands out with a decidedly expressive signature. The fuzz section delivers a dense, rich, and lively grain, with a raw edge that highlights pick attack and pickup character. It can serve as a rhythmic base for powerful riffs, but also as fuel for leads that "stick" in the mix without needing to crank up the volume excessively.

The wah adds very musical articulation: ideal for sculpting a funky rhythm, accentuating a verse passage, or making a solo stand out with immediate presence. The modulations (vibrato and rotary) provide a sense of movement: vibrato brings controlled instability, perfect for giving a vintage and emotional effect to a sustained note, while rotary expands the sound with a broader swirl, particularly flattering on open chords and arpeggios.

Finally, the octave thickens the signal and enhances impact: on a riff, it densifies the low end; on a solo, it adds a sharper, more spectacular dimension. Together, they form a very "inspiring" palette: you quickly find a tone, evolve it with your playing, and switch from one sound to another without losing musical momentum.
