Latin Percussion M245 STAND FOR BONGO MATADOR STRAP-LOCK

Historical Context and Positioning Within the Range

On stage and in rehearsals, the bongo stand has become essential for improved playing comfort and consistent positioning, while freeing the hands from holding constraints. This model focuses on stability and practicality, with a central attachment and secure supports to complement modern percussionists' setups.

Who This Drum/Bongo Stand Is For

This stand is designed for beginner to advanced percussionists who want to play the bongo in a fixed position, whether in the studio, orchestra, or on stage. It is especially suitable for styles where rhythmic precision and comfort matter: Latin music, salsa, son, timba, variety, pop, funk, and world music.

Features and Innovations

The adjustable nylon strap, positioned at the center of the bongo, ensures even support and limits unwanted movement during strikes. The double base improves weight distribution, while the non-slip rubber feet enhance floor grip and stability, even during energetic playing. The chrome finish provides appreciated protection and a professional appearance.

Sound Quality

A well-designed stand indirectly contributes to sound by preventing unwanted vibrations and slippage that disrupt playing consistency. Thanks to stable attachment and non-slip supports, you maintain a consistent touch and allow the bongo to express itself more naturally, without constantly compensating for the instrument's position.
