Leduc BOURBASQUET/GASTALDIN - DRUM SESSION VOL.13 + CD

Overview of this collection

"29 Pieces for Drum Set" offers a musical approach focused on instrumental practice through a complete repertoire dedicated to the drum set. This type of collection allows players to explore the instrument through more than simple technical exercises, challenging drummers with complete pieces that develop rhythmic accuracy, stamina, independence and interpretive skills.

Throughout the pieces, students and musicians can strengthen their tempo stability, refine their transitions and better structure their playing. It is also an excellent resource for working on tightness, consistent strokes and cohesion between the different parts of the kit. The variety of pieces helps maintain interest throughout the learning process and develop technique in a practical musical context.

This collection is particularly well suited to drummers looking for sheet music that can be studied in lessons, independently or as part of an educational programme. It can also be used to prepare for an audition, vary practice sessions or complement a drum method with material that places greater emphasis on interpretation.

With its focus on individual pieces, this book naturally supports musical development. It encourages sight-reading, rhythmic placement and personal expression, while providing access to a repertoire specifically designed for the drum set.
