The brand relies on a scientific approach initiated in 1998, resulting from collaboration between two specialists (chemistry and composite materials) with a clear goal: to replicate the acoustic behavior of a traditional reed while improving its longevity and consistency.

Made from polypropylene, the Légère reed is designed to remain reliable over time. The manufacturing process aligns molecules to adjust stiffness and density as closely as possible to the sensations of a cane reed, without adding fiberglass or unnecessary chemicals.
