An "SGoS" switcher designed for stage and modern rigs
The Lehle 3at1 SGoS belongs to the "SGoS" (Second Generation of Switching) family: switching pedals designed to simplify instrument changes and ensure reliability in complex pedalboards. The idea here is clear: connect up to three sources (A, B, C) and route them to the desired output, while preserving the dynamics and bandwidth of your signal, whether magnetic pickups, a piezo, or a line-level signal.
Who is the Lehle 3at1 SGoS for, and in what contexts does it make a difference?
This switcher is aimed at guitarists and bassists who alternate several instruments during the same gig, musical theater musicians, stage technicians, as well as home studio users who want clean and reproducible routing. It is especially useful if you switch from an electric to an electro-acoustic (piezo), from an active bass to a passive bass, or if you alternate between instrument and stereo source (keyboard, audio player, stereo preamp).
Live, it becomes the "hub" at the start of the pedalboard: everything stays plugged in, you no longer touch cables, and you maintain a consistent level from one instrument to another. In the studio, it is a powerful tool to save time during takes, compare instruments, or send a source to an amp or console without patching hassles.

Questions frequently asked
Lehle 3at1 SGoS: how many instruments can it connect?
Three sources A, B, and C can be connected via 6.35 mm TRS jacks, which are also compatible with mono plugs. The inputs are suitable for magnetic microphones, piezos, and line-level signals.
Can an instrument be sent to two amps or a tuner?
Pressing the footswitch on the active input a second time routes the signal to Output 2. Both outputs use 6.35 mm TRS jacks compatible with mono plugs.
How to balance volume between several guitars?
Inputs A and B each have a level control. This adjustment notably allows matching the level of an electric guitar with that of an electro-acoustic equipped with a piezo.
Is the switcher MIDI controllable?
Selection changes can be remotely controlled via MIDI Program Change. A 6.35 mm TRS jack socket also allows networking with other SGoS switchers.
What power supply is needed for this Lehle switcher?
The power supply requires a DC voltage from 8 to 20 V DC, with negative polarity at the center. The stated consumption is 97 mA. The enclosure measures 156 x 103 x 47 mm and weighs 645 g.
