Historical Context and Positioning Within the Range
The Byzance series embodies a handcrafted manufacturing philosophy where hand hammering shapes the identity of each cymbal. This positioning emphasizes tradition and individuality, with cymbals designed for musicians seeking a lively, nuanced, and inspiring sound signature rather than a strictly standardized output.
Intended Users for This Drum/Cymbal
This cymbal is aimed at intermediate to advanced drummers and percussionists who want a more organic response and a carefully crafted harmonic spectrum. The traditional finish and its warm character are particularly suited to contexts where musicality is paramount: jazz, blues, neo-soul, pop, nuanced rock, as well as studio settings when looking for a cymbal that "speaks" and naturally sits in the mix.
