Historical Context and Positioning in the Range
Inspired by traditional instruments that mimic the sound of rain, the rainstick has become a staple in musical awakening workshops and percussion sets. This synthetic version prioritizes practicality and lightness, with a 100 cm format designed for a more extended sound.
Who This Drum/Rainstick Is For
This rainstick is aimed at beginners as well as percussionists seeking sound textures. Perfect for musical awakening, animations, theater, and styles requiring atmospheres (world music, ambient, pop, film concerts).
Features and Innovations
Its lightweight synthetic construction facilitates transport and reduces fatigue during prolonged use. The 100 cm size allows for a longer sound descent, useful for punctuating a musical phrase or creating a natural fade.
Sound Characteristics
By turning it slowly or quickly, you modulate the density and speed of the "rain effect." The 100 cm length promotes a more gradual resonance and smoother transitions, beneficial for ambient crescendos and delicate accents.
