Main Features

"Per-voice" Modular Generator

Freely add oscillators, wavetables, filters, samplers, drum generators, and utilities. Connections are made automatically, speeding up creation while remaining fully flexible.

Synthesis and Expressivity

Oscillators with very low aliasing, high-quality filters, matrix FM, expanding physical modeling, and true unison unlimited by voice count. Analog drift subtly varies parameters for controlled warmth. MPE support for polyphonic expressivity.

Dual Modulation Engine

Highly versatile global modulators and a 4x4 "per-voice" modulation matrix per key parameter. Available sources: envelopes, LFOs, random generators, MIDI controllers, notes, utilities, and custom modulations.

Modular Effects and Per-Voice Processing

A second grid hosts nearly all Melda effects: reverbs, delays, EQs, compressors, distortions, etc. Each voice can carry its own effects to avoid artifacts when playing chords. Integration of MDrummer modules for elaborate acoustic or electronic kits.

Advanced Sampling and Performance

Multi-region sampler with alternations, loops, and modulatable crossfades; editing tools (slicing, layer and loop generation, tonal/noise converter); and compressed bank system for fast loading. Multi-core per-voice processing for the most demanding sounds.
