Keyboard design

The HD-300 features an 88-key keyboard with progressive weighted touch. This format makes it possible to explore the piano repertoire across the full range of a standard keyboard, without limiting movement in the bass or treble registers. The weighted touch provides a foundation for developing finger control and gaining confidence in technical passages.

The included triple pedal unit complements the work of the hands. The Sustain pedal prolongs notes, the Sostenuto pedal holds selected notes, and the soft pedal supports passages that require greater restraint. This setup encourages work on legato, breathing and pedalling precision.
