A Versatile Piano for Beginners and Developing Players

The Pianova HD-300 is aimed both at beginners looking for a full-size keyboard and at intermediate pianists wishing to upgrade their equipment. Its positioning prioritizes the balance between features and budget, with progressive weighted touch, a recorder and MIDI connectivity. Its Ultra Grey finishing completes a configuration designed to bring together the main tools for playing and practice.

Keyboard Design

The 88-key keyboard with progressive weighted touch provides the range needed to tackle a wide piano repertoire. The progressive resistance supports hand technique across the different registers. For both students and more experienced musicians, this type of touch prioritizes the sensation beneath the fingers over the lightness of a keyboard designed primarily for transportation.

The included triple pedal unit brings together sustain, sostenuto and soft controls. It allows you to work on note sustain, phrasing and pedal nuances without immediately having to add this essential accessory to your piano setup.

Sound Quality

The Pianova HD-300 is presented as a digital piano designed to deliver an authentic sound. Its reverb and chorus processing allow you to vary the character of the sound. The sound source, number of sounds, polyphony and amplification specifications are not provided; it is therefore not possible to describe these aspects in detail or attribute any particular sound technology to the instrument.

Built-in Effects

The 5 reverbs allow you to modify the sense of space around the sound, while the 5 different choruses add variations in width and texture. This gives you several options for adapting the atmosphere to an intimate performance or achieving a more enveloping sound, without using an external effects processor.

Educational Functions

The one-track recorder, with a capacity of over 1,000,000 notes, is a practical tool for taking a step back and reviewing your playing. By listening back to a session, you can better identify rhythmic inconsistencies, check the continuity of a phrase and track your progress. This delayed listening usefully complements your daily keyboard practice.

The two 3.5 mm mini-jack headphone sockets make it possible for two people to listen through headphones, which is useful during a lesson with a teacher or family member. The triple pedal unit also allows pedal work to be incorporated into learning, beyond hand coordination alone.

Advanced Functions

  • MIDI input and output via 5-pin DIN sockets: dedicated connectivity for exchanging data with compatible MIDI equipment.
  • MIDI connection via USB: a USB cable is included for this use.
  • One 6.35 mm stereo jack socket and two 3.5 mm mini-jack headphone sockets complete the announced connectivity.
  • Included connection accessories: two cables for connecting a phone and a microphone supplied with its cable. The specific uses depend on the compatible connections.
