Modes, displays, bypass: a very complete mini pedal

The FlowTune MK2 offers 4 tuning modes: chromatic (the most universal), standard guitar, compensated guitar (inspired by a "compensated" tuning to improve the perceived balance of certain chords), and bass. The tuning range is very wide (from A0 to C8), making it suitable for many tunings, including extended-range instruments.

To adapt to your habits, you have 3 display modes: a very precise strobe (perfect for intonation and fine adjustments), and two more classic "arrow" displays for immediate reading. All this is delivered on a color HD LCD screen that clearly shows the note and tuning accuracy.

Finally, one of this model's strong points is its signal management. You can choose between true bypass (direct path for maximum transparency), buffered bypass (a buffer that helps preserve the signal over long cable runs or with many pedals), and buffer monitor (allows the signal to pass through while monitoring tuning during play). This lets you optimize your chain depending on your placement (start of pedalboard, setup with or without buffer, etc.).

Sound

A tuner is not meant to "sound" per se, but it can influence your chain depending on the bypass chosen. In true bypass, the FlowTune MK2 remains as neutral as possible when the pedal is off.
