The Frontline does everything it can to shorten the distance between wanting to play and playing with a sound that matches the moment, then keeps the inspiration going. To achieve this, reverb and delay are built directly into the amp. Essential for adding dimension and emotion to an amp sound that feels too close in a small room, they also save you the time spent wiring up external effect pedals.

In addition, the Frontline’s dynamic response and ease with crunch sounds make it an excellent platform for accommodating effect pedals and unlocking their potential.

Two sounds, one button

Most amps in this price range settle for a single channel, hoping it will be sufficient and convincing. The Frontline 15W offers two: a pure, rounded clean sound, and an overdrive with grit and warmth. Both are accessible with a single press of the button on the front panel. No menus, no need for an additional pedal or to search for a control on the back of the amp. The shared 3-band EQ – Bass, Middle and Treble – makes it easy to fine-tune the different facets of this circuit, minimising the time spent adjusting settings.

Custom 8" loudspeaker designed for this amp

This loudspeaker is anything but standard and is key to preserving the best playing feel at relatively low volume levels. Built around an 8-inch platform, it has been specially tuned to respond in harmony with the Frontline’s circuit: it keeps individual notes defined and chords full and present, but above all, it is light enough to vibrate without needing to turn up the volume.

Practical features

Plug in headphones and the loudspeaker is automatically muted for silent practice at any time. Connect your phone to the 3.5 mm AUX input or use the included NBT-1 Bluetooth module.
