The sound
The quilted maple top provides a quick response and excellent clarity, particularly pleasant for tight rhythms and defined arpeggios. The quartersawn X bracing (profiled) promotes balanced vibration and good note sustain. The Mid-depth Lyrachord body contributes to direct projection, with controlled bass, present mids, and a sound that remains balanced when played loudly or through an amplification system. The Multi Soundhole also contributes to this more "front-facing" diffusion sensation, highly appreciated on stage.
