Keyboard Stand for XP2 White

A Furniture Stand Designed for the Home Keyboardist

Specifically designed for the Woodbrass XP2 digital piano, this furniture stand allows you to gain playing comfort and stability, where a portable stand might move during extended rehearsals. Its white finish matches the keyboard for an "indoor piano" look, while maintaining simple setup and direct connection of the pedal unit under the instrument. The major advantage remains the 3-function pedal unit: it facilitates working on dynamics, legato, and harmonic changes by providing sensations closer to a console piano, a real plus for the pianist in daily practice.

XP2 White

XP2: A Compact Digital Piano at the Heart of a "Ready to Play" Approach

The XP2 was designed to meet a very practical need: to regain the feel of a piano in an easy-to-move format, simple to use, and sufficiently complete to support progress. Following a "ready to play" logic, it focuses on musical essentials (useful sounds, comfortable polyphony, metronome, split and layer) while adding modern tools like Bluetooth MIDI and USB MIDI. The result: a piano keyboard comfortable for both learning and performing, capable of quickly transitioning from the living room to the home studio, then to external amplification.

Keyboard Design

With its 88 weighted keys, the XP2 targets pianists seeking a solid foundation to work on dynamics, articulation, and sound control. Its hammer-action mechanism includes a simulated escapement, appreciated for restoring a more "acoustic" feel during key attack and release.
The Scaled Hammer Action technology provides graded resistance: firmer in the bass, lighter in the treble, just like a traditional piano. The triple sensor improves velocity detection and repetition, useful for fast passages, trills, and subtle dynamics. To adapt the instrument to your playing style, the touch sensitivity can be adjusted across 5 levels (from super light to super heavy). Finally, the textured keys enhance grip: white keys with synthetic ivory finish and black keys with ebony finish, comfortable during long sessions.

Sound Quality

The XP2 offers 12 built-in sounds focused on essentials for playing, accompanying, and varying tones: grand piano, upright piano, electric piano, harpsichord, organs, strings, synth pads, bass, crystal, alto saxophone, and koto. Its 189-note polyphony allows playing with the sustain pedal, layering sounds, and using accompaniments while minimizing note dropouts.
To broaden the playing field, you have 12 drum rhythms and 30 demo songs, useful for working on rhythmic placement or simply getting an idea of the sound palette. The audio chain relies on a Texas Instruments preamplifier and a Dream 5708 DSP processor dedicated to samples and effects, ensuring clear listening whether on headphones or built-in speakers.
