The Press Patch Box PPB20 fits this professional distribution logic by centralizing the input (microphone or line, for example from a mixer output) and distributing it to numerous dedicated outputs. For configurations that require it, a stereo version (PPB20S) is also available.

The PPB20 is intended for event organizers, stage managers, audio service providers, press offices, institutions, local authorities, as well as audiovisual production teams who need to supply identical signals to multiple cameras and recorders. It is ideal whenever managing a "press" zone: each media outlet receives its own output, without interfering with the mixer and without risking disruption of the main mix. In broadcast or corporate environments, it is also an effective way to standardize audio feeds, ensure monitoring, and save time in post-production.

Does the PPB20 accept a balanced console output?
The isolated ground balanced input accepts a microphone or line-level signal, particularly from a console. An input amplifier allows level adjustment before distribution.
What connections are available on channels 19 and 20?
Channels 19 and 20 each feature a 6.35 mm TRS jack compatible with balanced or unbalanced signals. An RCA jack at a nominal level of -10 dBu is also available on each of these channels.
Is it possible to connect multiple press distribution units?
It is possible to cascade multiple units via the rear BUS IN/OUT connector to exceed 20 outputs.

A row of 10 LEDs indicates the level from -40 to +10 dB, with 0 dB corresponding to a +4 dBu output. An adjustable headphone amplifier provides audio monitoring. A shielded mains power supply is built-in, with a DC input intended for a battery or backup PW4 power supply.
