Its control surface incorporates the markers favored by turntablists and open-format DJs, with disc-textured jog wheels and a fader section reinforced by a metal panel to withstand the most demanding routines.

Can the computer be switched without interrupting a set?
Two USB-C ports are dedicated to connecting a PC or Mac, allowing handovers between two computers. A third USB-C port powers the controller.
Are the jog wheels and crossfader suitable for scratching?
The large jog wheels feature a record-style texture and integrate position displays. Their resistance is adjustable with the Jog Feel function. The MAGVEL FADER is paired with a metal panel for demanding scratch routines.
What audio connections are available on the DDJ-REV5?
The output section includes a Master XLR, a Master RCA, and a Booth output on a 6.3 mm TRS jack. Two microphone inputs are provided, as well as two headphone outputs in 6.3 mm jack and 3.5 mm mini-jack formats.
How are Stems and BPM transitions controlled?
The Mute/Solo, Separate, and Stem Level controls allow hardware control of Stems, with level adjustment via the EQs. The Auto BPM Transition function aligns tempo over a set number of bars and can apply Key Lock or Auto Loop.
