Plasti-Folio: Marching Accessories Designed for the Field
Specializing in reading and organization solutions for musicians on the move, Plasti-Folio offers a coherent range of accessories dedicated to outdoor practice: marching, parades, brass bands, and mobile ensembles. This lyre fits within this "field-ready" approach: a simple, reliable, and quick-to-install design, made to support wind instrument players in real playing conditions.Who is it for, and in what usage contexts?
This Plasti-Folio lyre is aimed at beginner to advanced musicians who need a stable support for their sheet music during performances on the move. It is especially suitable for brass bands, marching bands, concert bands, ceremonies, and street performances-anywhere clear reading must be maintained despite marching and posture changes.Sound and Design
A lyre does not directly influence the timbre, but it plays a key role in playing comfort : well-placed sheet music reduces tension, facilitates breathing, and secures transitions. Here, the choice of ABS prioritizes lightness and resistance to everyday impacts, while the nickel-plated brass rod provides good rigidity to keep the assembly in place. The angled profile helps adjust the reading angle for effective visibility, even in marching configurations.Recommended Compatible Accessories
If you use a Plasti-Folio marching binder, this lyre is designed to fit it. It is stated as compatible with the Plasti-Folio marching binder (ref. 55139), convenient for creating a homogeneous and easy-to-set-up ensemble.Technical specifications
