In the spirit of the first volume, this second installment of the "Songbook Facile" collection is primarily aimed at beginner or less experienced guitarists seeking a motivating and immediately rewarding repertoire. The book gathers 25 complete songs, from yesterday and today, drawn from the pop, rock, blues, and folk genres, playable on both electric guitar and acoustic guitar. The arrangements are presented in a simplified form to remain accessible to the widest audience while preserving the essential groove and identity of the pieces.

To facilitate learning, each song is divided into sections (intro, verse, chorus, etc.). This approach allows working on each part separately, consolidating transitions and timing, then combining everything to play the song continuously. The scores, offered in standard notation and tablature, emphasize simple chords and clear reading, respecting the original key. Beyond the pleasure of playing riffs and accompaniments, the progressive assembly of sections becomes a real musical training: it develops endurance, concentration, and the ability to sustain a piece from beginning to end. The disc included with the method effectively complements the work: the videos (mp4) visually demonstrate all the guitar parts to be played, while the audios (mp3) offer corresponding playbacks at two speeds, to build confidence before aiming for the final tempo.
