An Official Controller Designed for the Spark Ecosystem
The Spark Control X represents the new generation of foot controllers for the Spark series amplifiers. The idea is simple: to regain on stage or in rehearsal the comfort of the Spark app, but without letting go of your instrument. It naturally integrates into your Spark rig to change sounds, activate effects, and keep the flow during your jam sessions. For Spark LIVE users, the Spark Control X also offers a direct hardware connection without relying on the app, handy when you want to focus on essentials on stage.
Who Is It For, and In What Contexts?
The Spark Control X is aimed at guitarists and bassists who use a Spark amp at home, in the studio, in rehearsal, or on stage, and who want reliable and clear foot control. It is ideal if you switch between sections (verse/solo), move from clean to crunch, or want to activate/deactivate effects on the fly like on a traditional pedalboard.Whether you play rock, blues, pop, metal, funk, or ambient, the comfort gain is immediate: you stay focused on playing, not on the screen.
Modes, Controls, and Connectivity: A True Command Center
Its 6 customizable switches are ready to use, with preprogrammed multicolor LED indicators for quick reading in real conditions. In Stompbox mode, each switch can be assigned to a specific effect in the Spark chain, with an LED indicating the on/off status. In Preset mode, switches I to IV recall your sounds, while A and B are used to navigate to the next/previous preset. To go further, you can connect up to 2 expression pedals (TRS type) to control volume, wah, and other parameters. Regarding durability, the chassis is designed to withstand rehearsals and concerts, and a silicone cover helps keep the controller firmly in place underfoot.
The Sound
The Spark Control X does not color the sound: it does not process the audio signal; it simply controls your Spark amp and effects. The result: you retain exactly the character and dynamics of your presets, with faster and more musical control, particularly useful for transitions, boosts, and ambiance changes.Technical specifications
