Protection, Finishes, and Ergonomics: A Case Designed to Last

On the outside, Protec uses very durable 1680 ballistic nylon, combined with reinforcements and zig-zag stitching to better withstand intensive use. The structure includes a lightweight shock-absorbing frame that helps protect the instrument from everyday impacts without the heaviness of a traditional case. Custom rubber feet stabilize the case when set down, and the metal hardware is chosen for durability.

For transport, the case focuses on comfort: main handle made of rope with reinforced stitching, padded covered handle with Velcro closure, and shoulder strap equipped with a wide adjustable non-slip pad. The zippers are described as very strong, with a lock hole on the main compartment. The QuickLock system also allows the case to stay closed when empty without fully zipping it.

Inside, the breathable, non-abrasive velvet protects the finish and reduces the risk of micro-scratches.
