Designed with Herman Li (DragonForce), the SE Chleo brings the spirit of the Chleo Limited Edition 2025 into the PRS SE range. Its mahogany body carved with a flamed maple top combines lightness and ergonomics, while the optimized PRS cutaway fully frees access to the 24 frets. It is a unique PRS in the SE line, crafted for the current demands of metal and virtuosic playing.

The Sound

The mahogany/maple combination delivers pronounced mids, dense lows, and sculpted highs. The Fishman Fluence Signature Herman Li pickups provide three distinct voices per pickup, silent and consistent: from tight high gain to singing leads, up to crystalline single-coils. The 5-position selector, combined with push/pull controls, opens up to 13 textures, perfectly usable on a tube amp, modeler, or plugins. The carbon reinforcements and Floyd Rose 1000 bridge ensure long sustain and precise attack, even in dropped tunings.

Recommended Compatible Accessories

To preserve original performance: 9-46 string set (factory-installed gauge), spare 9V battery for the Fluence pickups, sturdy strap, and a Floyd Rose maintenance kit (wrenches and lubricant) to keep the tremolo smooth. A microfiber cloth will help maintain the shine of the "Orchid Dusk" finish and binding.
