Historical Context and Positioning Within the Range
The Custom Pro range is designed for drummers seeking a crisp snare articulation and quick setup. This model focuses on twisted strands and an "anti-choke" design to maintain a pronounced presence, even with higher snare tension.
Who This Drum/Snare Wire Is For
This snare wire is aimed at beginner to advanced drummers looking for a more defined snare sound that is easy to adjust. It is particularly suitable for styles where attack and clarity are essential: pop, rock, funk, gospel, variety, both in the studio and on stage.
Features and Innovations
The anti-choke ends reduce unwanted noise and help maintain an open response. The Speed Release straps simplify maintenance: you can quickly release the snare wires to replace the drumhead or wires without tedious handling.
Sound
Thanks to the twisted steel strands, the snare wire delivers a clear and resonant response, with well-separated and easily distinguishable snare drum harmonics. The sound favors a sharp attack and immediate definition while retaining good sensitivity to dynamics.
