A "Create & Play" Approach: Percussion as a Musical Playground
With Create & Play, Rohema offers an entry into music that is both playful, sensory, and creative. The idea is simple: the child does not just shake an instrument, they make it their own way, choose the filling, decorate their shaker, then learn to use it in musical games. This philosophy is part of Rohema Percussion's DNA, a family business specializing in drumsticks and percussion since 1888, with constant attention to craftsmanship and the joy of playing.
For Whom and For What Uses? A Musical Awakening Instrument from Age 3
The Rohema Create & Play set is designed for children from 3 years old, in family settings, daycare, preschool, or musical awakening workshops. Thanks to immediate usability, the shaker becomes an excellent tool to discover the first notions of rhythm, pulse, and listening.
In free play, the child explores sounds and gestures. In guided activities, the musical cards invite making music together: listening, imitating, responding, stopping at the right moment. It is also a relevant tool to develop coordination and motor skills, while strengthening attention and body expression.
