Rohema COLOR CLAVES SET

Rohema: a tradition of German percussion since 1888

Rohema Percussion is a family business specializing in drumsticks and percussion since 1888. Made in Germany, these Color Claves are part of this culture of precise gesture and careful craftsmanship: a seemingly simple instrument, yet extremely effective for developing listening, attack, and rhythmic placement.

For musical awakening, motor skills, and first rhythms (from 1 year old)

Claves are perfect for musical initiation: two pieces of wood, immediate grip, and a sound that easily carries through a group. This set is suitable for home use as well as in daycare, kindergarten, music workshops, or music education, with possible use from 1 year old. Struck, rubbed, or "rolled," they invite exploration of rhythm while developing coordination and precision of movement.

A simple instrument... and an infinite variety of sound games

The "magic" of claves comes from their minimalism: two woods of equal length and a direct, clear, very readable sound. This clarity is ideal for learning to count, play in pulse, respond to a motif, or anchor a pattern within a percussion ensemble.

Finish adapted for small hands

Rohema has chosen a durable paint and warm colors, designed for child use: the finish is made to withstand daily use, especially contact with saliva and sweat. The set of 3 offers one pair of each color (red, green, yellow), practical for differentiating groups, organizing call-and-response games, or setting up simple instructions.

Safety: compliant with toy standards

These claves are declared compliant with the European EN 71 standard for toy safety, an important point for learning environments and musical awakening.
