Questions frequently asked
What sound does a 35 mm felt-head mallet produce?
The 35 mm felt head provides a soft and less sharp attack, with a gradual onset of vibration. Its wide contact helps smooth the attack and control pianissimo dynamics.
Are the Rohema PM431 suitable for drum kit use?
This model is designed for drum kits and can be used on cymbals, toms, and for creating effects. It is intended for drummers and percussionists, from beginner to advanced levels.
What are the dimensions of the Rohema PM431 sticks?
Each mallet measures 395 mm in length with a diameter of 13 mm. This diameter provides a feel similar to a thin drumstick.
What wood is used for the handle?
The handle is made of hickory, a dense and flexible wood. This material offers a comfortable feel and consistent response during rolls.
Is this felt mallet suitable for soft dynamics?
Thanks to its felt head and 35 mm diameter, it facilitates delicate dynamic work. It is well suited for acoustic, orchestral, or ambient settings. The natural finish is combined with a hickory handle.
