Summary of This Method
This Volume 2 is a natural continuation of a first method focused on discovering the instrument, reading, and musical sensitivity. Here, the objective shifts towards acquiring a more solid technique to serve playing and interpretation, opening the door to a richer guitar repertoire. The progression emphasizes the idea that it is preferable to identify and solve difficulties through graded exercises rather than facing them directly in a piece. By establishing a clear practice routine, the student learns to engage without tension, gains control, and can then express themselves with greater freedom in the piece. Designed to be modular, this volume encourages à la carte exploration: the teacher adjusts priorities according to the student's abilities, and the student approaches new technical challenges with continuously maintained enjoyment.
