Perfect for metal, hard rock, shred, prog, and all tight rhythm playing requiring attack and definition, while also opening the door to controlled pads and feedback thanks to the Sustainiac.

The mahogany body provides a dense and warm foundation with sustain, while the quilted maple top adds attack and clarity, particularly appreciated under distortion. The EMG 81TW bridge pickup delivers a precise, tight, and powerful tone, ideal for palm mutes and cutting riffs, with coil-splitting capability to expand the tonal palette. On the neck, the Sustainiac transforms the instrument into a sustain machine: you can extend a note infinitely or explore more creative modes (mix/harmonic) for singing harmonics and quasi-synthetic textures. The 3-position selector and controls (2 volumes, 1 tone) allow quick switching from singing leads to aggressive rhythm tones.

To stay as close as possible to the original setup, this guitar comes with Ernie Ball Regular Slinky 2221 10-46 strings. Since the electronics are active, plan for a quality 9V battery for stable performance. For transport, the SGR-1C case is available as a separately sold option.
