Developed in collaboration with John Browne, the Tao aims for maximum efficiency on fast riffs, palm-muted rhythms, and technical parts in low tunings. Its ash body, enhanced with a flamed maple veneer and Satin Trans Purple finish, combines stage presence with a crisp response. The multi-ply maple/paduak neck emphasizes rigidity and stability, a key factor when dropping down to Drop A or lower.

This 7-string electric guitar is aimed at intermediate to expert guitarists seeking low action, clear attack, and effortless access to the upper frets. It excels in djent, prog metal, metalcore, and modern shred, where rhythmic precision, low-end sustain, and consistent intonation make all the difference. The "Ultra Access" heel helps keep the left hand relaxed up to the highest frets, even on demanding passages.
