Historical Context and Positioning Within the Range
The Rudiments series is the direct successor to the X-One range, known for offering accessible cajóns without compromising on essentials: reliability, musicality, and refined finish. This new line modernizes the aesthetics and reinforces the idea of a ready-to-play instrument designed to meet the current needs of percussionists. It also stands out by using materials from sustainable resources, while maintaining the brand's DNA: artisan quality made in Germany.
Who This Cajón Is For
This medium cajón is particularly suited if you are looking for a balanced seating height, comparable to the adjustment of a drum throne or saddle: the goal is to keep the back stable and legs relaxed for long playing sessions without fatigue. It is ideal for beginners who want an easy-to-handle instrument, as well as for intermediate players seeking a versatile cajón for rehearsals, lessons, or small gigs.
Regarding styles, its configuration makes it comfortable in acoustic pop, introductory flamenco, Latin, folk, unplugged reggae, and guitar-voice accompaniment. The compact format also facilitates use in music schools and group workshops, where mobility and durability are as important as sound.
