An Accessory Kit Designed for Daily Maintenance
Small parts like windscreens and clips are the ones that wear out, get lost, or go missing the fastest during performances. The MX153 addresses this simple need: to have a set of accessories immediately available to ensure continuous operation, whether in a microphone inventory, touring events, or fixed installations.
Who Is It For and What Are the Uses?
This kit is intended for microphone users requiring windscreens and a clothing clip in the MX153 format: sound technicians, theaters, places of worship, conference speakers, broadcast recording, and video teams. It is ideal for stabilizing a cable on a lapel, tie, or suit while reducing artifacts caused by air blasts on explosive consonants.
Protection, Discretion, and Comfort of Use
Windscreens: a Simple Step for Cleaner Recordings
By adding a suitable windscreen, you limit breath noises and variations caused by air currents, which facilitates subsequent processing (equalization, de-essing, compression). It is also a quick solution to harmonize the sound between multiple speakers, especially when the microphone-to-mouth distance varies.
Clothing Clip: Less Handling Noise, More Reliability
The clothing clip serves to guide the cable and reduce unwanted noises caused by movement. In stage or speech use, it contributes to a cleaner, more discreet, and more robust setup, with better cable control.
