Shure RPW192 - KSM11 Capsule Black

A premium capsule from the KSM11 family

This black version brings the KSM11’s sonic DNA to a format designed for wireless use. Developed to take advantage of modern stage environments, it delivers a more natural voice that is easier to integrate into the mix, with less processing required.

What applications was this wireless microphone head designed for?

The KSM11 Black is aimed at singers, sound engineers and production companies looking for high-end vocal capture in concerts, events, live recording or premium streaming. It is particularly well suited to users who already have a compatible Shure handheld transmitter.

A detailed, controlled vocal signature

Its cardioid condenser capsule features a 3/4-inch diaphragm and carefully designed electronics to deliver wide dynamic range and a fast transient response. The deep cardioid polar pattern limits leakage and off-axis phase issues, while the hardened steel grille helps preserve clean, consistent vocals on stage.
