In practice, it is perfectly suited to single-channel setups (lead vocals, speakers, presenters, lead singers) as well as integration into multi-system racks. Its main advantage becomes apparent when the RF environment gets complex: you maintain a clear view of the RF status and settings, while limiting interruptions thanks to optimization and automatic update functions.

RF management, ShowLink control and monitoring tools

The SLXD4+ "opens the door" to more modern wireless control through a range of functions focused on service continuity. The system uses a 138MHz tuning bandwidth to extend geographic cover and simplify coordination according to local areas and constraints.

RF stability and continuity in the event of interference

Once the components are connected, automatic configuration helps maintain system consistency, even in the presence of RF interference. The receiver can manage interference, search for new channels and trigger an automatic update to preserve clean transmission, without cumbersome adjustments during operation.

ShowLink Ease: remote transmitter adjustments without interrupting the flow

Thanks to the dedicated ShowLink Ease control link, certain transmitter parameters can be adjusted remotely from the associated receiver. This offers a tangible time-saving benefit during productions: rather than interrupting a speaker or retrieving a transmitter from the stage, you retain control over essential adjustments whenever the situation requires it.

Local and mobile monitoring (computer, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth)

The SLXD4+ integrates into a monitoring workflow via Wireless Workbench on a computer and via WWB Mobile remotely. Depending on your setup, control and monitoring can be carried out via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth with a paired mobile device, allowing you to keep an eye on the RF status and the receiver and transmitter parameters, even while moving around the venue.

Automatic feedback reduction

For vocal applications in challenging environments (conferences, reverberant rooms, handheld microphones close to speakers), the receiver incorporates Shure's patented Digital Feedback Reducer. The goal is to automatically reduce feedback whenever necessary, helping ensure intelligibility and listening comfort.
