Good morning,
I received the bottle ordered from you today. But I expected to have the lubricant inside the bottle.
I visited your site again and strangely, I finally found the bottle for trombone slide lubricant in the trumpet maintenance section (thanks to a Google search).
In my opinion, if you leave this article in a section that does not concern it, you are not going to sell a lot of it.
Given the service I am giving you by specifying your error, are you in a position to send me the lubricant in a single bottle free of charge (no mixing required)?
