Historical Context and Positioning in the Range

Rims-type suspension systems have established themselves as an essential solution to allow the shell to "breathe" by avoiding the constraints of additional drilling or overly rigid mounting. This version for 8-inch toms with 5 lugs follows this logic: offering a mounting that is more respectful of resonance, with a universal plate designed to simplify integration on many kits and hardware configurations.

Who This Drum/Instrument Is For

This suspension is aimed at beginner to advanced drummers who want to optimize the stability and resonance of an 8-inch tom in a 5-lug configuration, whether in rehearsal, studio, or on stage. It is particularly suitable for styles where tom definition and openness matter (pop, rock, funk, fusion), while remaining relevant in heavier contexts: better stress distribution helps maintain a stable setup even with strong playing.
