Historical Context and Positioning in the Range
The mounted tambourine is a classic in modern drum kits and percussion: it allows you to capture the spirit of vintage accessories while fitting into current configurations. This half-moon plastic model positions itself as a simple and effective solution to add extra groove to the hi-hat.
Who This Drum/Tambourine Is For
This hi-hat tambourine is suitable for drummers and percussionists from beginner to advanced levels who want to expand their patterns without complicating their playing. Perfect for pop, funk, rock, indie, reggae, gospel, or acoustic music, wherever a regular jingle enhances the pulse.
Features and Innovations
With its 16 jingles, it adds an immediate rhythmic layer to hi-hat playing. The half-moon shape allows for quick setup on the kit and a visually discreet presence, while maintaining a clearly audible tambourine effect.
Sound
The plastic frame provides a lightweight feel and direct response: the attack remains clear, with a bright and controlled jingle. Mounted on the hi-hat, the sound will depend on your opening/closing and foot dynamics: closed for a sharp cut, more open for a more airy and sparkling texture.
