The JV60-TBM is aimed at intermediate to advanced guitarists who want a versatile, expressive 6-string electric guitar that is effective live. Its ergonomics (double cutaway) facilitate access to the upper frets, and its features (locking tuners, boost) clearly target reliability and impact.

The Sound

With its two humbucking pickups, the JV60-TBM offers a rich and solid spectrum: tight lows, present mids (ideal for cutting through a mix), and sufficiently defined highs to maintain articulation in both chords and arpeggios. The 3-position selector allows quick switching from a sharper bridge pickup to a rounder neck pickup, with a useful middle position for balanced rhythms. The active electronics and 12 dB boost add a very welcome reserve of level and density for solos, more saturated passages, or simply to "wake up" a clean tone without losing the instrument's personality.
