A set designed for power and stability
Classified as Forte, this set is intended for players seeking a clear attack, firmer hold, and excellent tuning stability. The combination of a steel core E string and synthetic core lower strings maintains clarity in the upper register while adding body to the A, D, and G strings.
For which violinist and styles?
Recommended for intermediate to advanced violinists (or guided beginners) who want higher tension. Particularly suitable for repertoires where projection and presence are desired: classical, orchestra, chamber music, as well as contemporary music played with the bow.
Sound characteristics
The steel core E string promotes precision, brightness, and clear intonation. The A and D strings with synthetic core and aluminum winding provide a softer touch and balanced color, while the G string (synthetic core, silver winding) enhances depth and richness in the low register, delivering a sound richer in harmonics.
