Toontrack EBX Session Player is an extension designed to enrich Toontrack EZbass with a "studio instrument" style electric bass capable of fitting into most productions. It is used to compose, arrange, and finalize realistic bass lines in a fast workflow: demo writing, pop and R&B productions, acoustic accompaniments, contemporary gospel grooves, or adding a solid, steady, and expressive bass to a track.

At the heart of this EBX is a vintage 1960s electric bass equipped with flatwound strings, known for their smooth response, controlled attack, and strong low-mid foundation.
