Two custom kits, immediate Latin identity

At the heart of the expansion, you will find 2 drum kits by Robby Ameen, designed for typical playing styles and orchestrations of Latin music. The set is enriched with an extensive selection of kick drums, snares, cymbals, and percussion to customize your kit according to style, tempo, and desired energy. Result: you can quickly switch from a traditional groove to a more modern production without losing the sonic coherence of the kit.

Mounted percussion: groove as a language

Latin music relies on precise percussive landmarks: cowbells, blocks, timbales, and accessories become melodic elements in their own right. This EZX includes mounted percussion pieces ready to play, ideal for building complex patterns, adding responses, reinforcing offbeats, or thickening a chorus. The setup and choice of elements facilitate natural writing, as on a live dedicated set.

Mix-ready presets and efficient workflow in EZdrummer

The 14 mix-ready presets let you get straight to the point: no need to start from scratch to obtain a clear, present, and production-ready percussive drum sound. Depending on your intention, you can aim for a rawer, acoustic aesthetic or a more controlled, modern drum sound, all while preserving the energy of the recordings.

MIDI included to compose faster and stay credible

The library includes a large selection of MIDI files representative of the genre. This is a major asset for writing: you can test multiple grooves on the same progression, create variations, build breaks and transitions, then fine-tune the playing note by note to fit your arrangement. An excellent starting point for productions requiring rhythmic precision and authenticity.
