An Iconic Reed Since 1983: The JAVA Signature in the Vandoren Range

Within the Vandoren family, JAVA has established itself as a reed with character: more flexible than Traditional and V16 reeds, it emphasizes instant response and projection that "speaks" quickly, particularly appreciated whenever energy, bite, and a strong presence in the mix are desired.

For Which Musicians and Styles

JAVA reeds are well suited for intermediate to advanced level musicians who want to gain ease of sound production and responsiveness while maintaining a bright and lively timbre.
