Its natural playground covers blues, rock, hard rock, and any style requiring solid rhythms, rich crunches, and sustained leads, with a true dynamic range at the pick.

The sound

The two Wilkinson MWVC humbuckers deliver a generous tone, both warm and edgy. In the neck position, you get a velvety roundness, perfect for blues phrasing, thick chords, and long-sustain solos. At the bridge, the attack becomes more incisive: ideal for cutting riffs and solos that stand out in the mix.

The 2 volume / 2 tone wiring allows precise control of each pickup (and sculpts the middle position), while the 3-position selector provides instant access to the three essential textures. The mahogany enhances the mids, note-to-note coherence, and that sense of density that makes single cut formats so charming.

Recommended compatible accessories

To best exploit its character, 6-string electric guitar strings are perfectly suited, with common gauges 09-42 (flexibility) or 10-46 (more tension and attack).
