The protection is based on a 6 mm compression-molded EVA shell, combined with a dual-density mold for better impact absorption. Inside, Walkasse combines a velvet lining with two removable foam elements: an internal "egg" foam lid (density 18 kg per cubic meter, 40 mm thickness) to limit movement and protect the top surface, and a flat foam base (density 33 kg per cubic meter, 10 mm thickness) to stabilize the whole. The exterior made of 1680D ballistic nylon with PU coating provides good resistance to wear and splashes, while the invisible zipper contributes to a discreet and professional design. For transport, three options are available: backpack straps, dual-strap top handle, and removable padded shoulder strap, plus an integrated trolley sleeve.
